On the 17th & 18th June, Enemed organized a full-day workshop seminar for the newly recruited Franchise stations’ pump attendants,on-site at the new Enemed installation at Has-Saptan.
The day started off with an address by Executive Chairman Kevin Chircop where he projected the vision and mission of the Company to the participants.
This was followed by a walking tour spearheaded by Chief Operations Officer Ing. Philip Borg. Truly a hands-on experience!
Immediately afterward, two detailed lectures were delivered by Enemed’s specialists namely Quality Manager Adrian Pace about the quality of Enemed products and Operational Risk Manager Derian Debattista about the various Health and Safety considerations.
A sumptuous lunch break gave the opportunity for the attendants to socialize and share experiences on their common working activities.
The afternoon session proceeded with lectures presented by special consultant guests Ms Michelle Fenech Seguna and John Muscat Drago who dealt with customer care and service. A team-building session was held where the audience participated actively.
All attendants were presented with a token and certificate to end up this memorable day that surely left them with greater knowledge and higher appreciation of their daily work.
